Proof load testing

It is generally performed with the Safe Working Load (SWL/ WLL) of lifting equipment. We perform proof load testing on a wide variety of products with proof loads up to 150 tons These products include shackles, blocks, hooks, lifting beams, steel wire rope or fibre rope, safety belts ,Cranes ,chain pulley blocks, Hoists, Good Lifts , Material lifts ,all types of slings, and chains. We also test customised specials.

We shall provide certificates under statutory provisions for the equipment’s passed in the testing process. under Provisions of Industrial Safety (Factories Act, 1948), Govt. of Maharashtra (Issuance of Form 11) . Inspection and Certification of lifting tools and tackles are carried out directly by the competent person and/or by a person so authorized by an institution recognised to be a competent person. These inspections are carried out as per the rules prescribed under section 28 and 29 in The Factories' Act, 1948.

WE have an extremely competent team to carry out the inspection, testing and certification of lifting tools and tackles. Our detailed checklists, skilled manpower and testing facilities allow us to provide a thorough inspection of EOT cranes, Tower cranes, Gantry Cranes, Hydras, Cherry-pickers, Hoists, Chain Pulley Blocks, Winches, Goods Lifts, and lifting tackles/gear. We also undertake the repairs and servicing of EOT Cranes, Hoists and Chain Pulley Blocks.
